The jail administration gives the staff chaplain the liberty to preach and teach God's Word to any who will listen. The jail provides the chaplains with a chapel and other meeting rooms wherein he may conduct worship services, prayer services, and Bible studies. The jail administration discourages no one from attending these services, but instead works cooperatively with the chaplain to schedule these services. The jail administration allows the chaplain to conduct services for inmates and staff. Moreover, staff supervisors go as far as allowing slight variations in staff schedules so that they may attend services.
